Estate made; A wine displaying all the elegant flavours developed over a long ripening period. The nose shows ripe, dark red fruit flavours with a subtle hint of pepper and spice. The palate exhibits smooth tannins and is long and full flavoured. The fruit was sourced from the Hilltops region following the hail wipe out of Dionysus Vineyard. 
 
This Shiraz lingers long on the palate and pairs perfectly with red meats like lamb or a tasty cheese.
