At Dionysus Winery, we are passionate about creating fine wines that are enjoyed by all. Our family owned and operated vineyard is located in Murrumbateman, and has been producing quality wines since 1998. Our wines are made onsite using traditional wine making techniques, and are sure to please even the most discerning of palates.

VISITING US
Dionysus Winery is the perfect destination for a day of wine tasting, relaxation and fun. Our charming cellar door and knowledgeable team offer a range of tasting experiences with a high chance of meeting the winemakers.
Dionysus Winery is also home to Woo Chocolates where you can indulge in delicious chocolate treats. Enjoy the bounty in the picnic fridge to build your own platter, and take in the stunning views of the vineyard. Located just a 30 minute drive from Canberra, Dionysus is centred around a philosophy of having fun with wine.
WINEMAKING
At our vineyard and winery, we take pride in our estate-made wines crafted from handpicked fruit that is gently handled and basket pressed in small batches. We use only the finest French oak to age and refine our wines before hand bottling them in our cellar. Our commitment to quality is evident in our award-winning wines.
THE VINEYARD
Our vineyard team is proud to produce high-quality grapes. Our 10 acres were planted in 1998 with some grafting of varieties with minimal chemical intervention, and our grapes are mulched and returned to the vineyard. We take an organic approach to growing, utilizing minimal irrigation and foliage trained to get maximum sun exposure during ripening, giving our grapes the best opportunity to reach their full potential.
