After waiting several months for the realase of the latest "wine Dogs" book - it's arrived. Molly is looking spectacular on Page 35 of the book. Why not pop out and see both the model and the book. Bring a packet of schmakos and you can receive $5 off a copy of the book.
2013 Murrumbateman Moving Feast (5 & 6 October 2013 - October Long Weekend)
A fantastic weekend to tantalise your tastebuds with gourmet food and wine! The Murrumbateman Moving Feast is presented by fifteen wineries offering food matched with wine. The meals are entree size so that you can move from winery to winery and indulge in several dishes.
This year Dionysus WInery will be offering lamb rump cooked sous vide with a rosemary and mint marinade.
For the sweet option we are offering the 'CH' foodgroup - Chocolate or cheese! Your choice of a rich chocolate mousse with fresh cream and shaved chocolate or a selection of cheeses with homemade wuice paste, nuts and crackers - both matched with May Riesling.
